may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will notify you about such changes by posting the amended version on our websites or APP. Please check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes, and your continued use of our APP will be deemed your acceptance of these changes.
C. Personal Data We Collect
The types of personal information we collect and share depend on whether you simply browse our APP or whether you submit a loan request through our APP. Usually, we may collect your personal data as follows:
a. Device or SIM-related information
We may collect information related to your Device. Including operating system, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, serial number, MIUI version and type, Android version, Android ID, screen display information, screen size, density, device ID MD5, device ID SHA1, UUID (iOS only), Wi-Fi information, device token, device keypad information, device manufacturer details and model name, network operator details, connection type, hardware usage information such as battery usage, and device temperature and your advertising ID assigned by Third Party Service Providers.
b. Log information
We may collect information related to your use of certain functions. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system login, and crash information.
c. Location information
This will be used in verifying the address and processing continuous credit assessment. It will expedite your KYC process along with facilitating credit assessment. It will also strengthen security against any unauthorized access to your account. This permission will also be used for providing better customer service and providing customized offers.
d. Contact List
We will collect your contact list data (including name and phone number) periodically from your phone, upload it to BN Dhan servers, The info uploaded will be used to assess risk and prevent fraud.
e. Installed Application
The metadata information for installed applications will be collected, including application name, package name, installation time, update time, version name and version code for each installed application on your device to assess your credit and provide you with customized loan offers.
f. Storage
Your loan account statements can be securely downloaded and saved on your phone, the right documents can be uploaded for a faster approval and disbursement of the loan. While using the app, this permission provides you with a better experience.
g. Camera
Requisite KYC documents can be easily scanned or captured and thus saving time by allowing us to auto-fill relevant data. An audio/video call can be initiated for KYC completion.
h. Phone Status
Your phone's unique device identifier and profile information will be collected, by getting this information, we can detect and prevent any unauthorized device from acting on your behalf. This enables us to detect frauds and manage risks better.
i. Calendar
We will obtain your calendar information according to the laws and regulations. Calendar information will be used to assess your personal credit.
j. Information from Business Partners and other Third Parties
BN Dhan may collect personal information through our Business Partners. This information may include contact information, such as name, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, and phone number for verification and validation purposes. BN Dhan may also obtain personal information from other third-party sources, including publicly and commercially available sources. We may combine the information we receive from our Business Partners and other third-party sources with information that we collect from you or your device, as described above.
D. Children's Personal Information
Unless otherwise specified, our APP are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children. In connection with the Services, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without parental consent. If parents believe that we have unintentionally collected their children's personal information, please contact us to delay the information via appropriate means as set forth in “Contact Details” Section of this Privacy Policy.
E. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to users of BN Dhan application (“our APP”) developed and operated by us. It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other privacy policy or fair processing policy we may provide on specific occasions, so that you are fully aware of when, why and how we collect and process your personal data. This Privacy Policy supplements other notices and privacy policies and is not intended to override them.
Unless otherwise prescribed in the Privacy Policy, the terms in the Privacy Policy shall have the same implications with the terms in the Terms & Conditions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, this Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the following cases:
• Any information or personal data collected by any third party services, products, applications, websites and/or platforms, regardless whether they are accessible through our APP;
• Any information or personal data collected by other companies or institutions that provide advertising services through our APP.
In such circumstances, you shall refer directly to the Privacy Policies of relevant third party.
F. Cookies
We use cookies and other similar technologies(“Cookies”) to help us remember your information so you will not have to re-enter it, tailor our APP around your preferences, and otherwise enhance your experience using our APP. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionalities.
You have the option to permit installation of such Cookies or subsequently disable them. You may accept all cookies, or instruct the device (in the case of the game) or web browser (in the case of the website) to provide notice at the time of installation of cookies, or refuse to accept all cookies by adjusting the relevant cookie retention function in your device.

e.To create an account for you so that you can easily submit loan inquiries in the future on our APP and our affiliated websites/platform using your previously-provided information;

g.To pursue our legitimate interests（or those of a third party）as we deem fit and necessary, where your interests and fundamental rights do not override those legitimate interests of ours (or any third party's), such as:
• to understand, improve, optimize and develop our APP;
• to conduct research and monitor the quality of our APP and Services;
• to respond to complaints, hearings, arbitration, law suits or other governmental or regulatory proceedings;
h.To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets transferred;
i.To comply with our legal obligations under relevant laws, regulations, and orders (including subpoenas), injunctions, or any other legal documents issued by the court or competent governmental or regulatory authorities.
H. How We Share Your Personal Data
We may share your information with our vendors that perform support and other services in connection with our APP as follows:
(a)with Product Providers (Lenders) who provide short term loan products through our APP and may enter into loan agreement with you;
(b)third party which may be able to offer you or market products or services related to your loan request (such as credit repair offers and other credit related offers);
(c)with third parties for collaborative offerings, legal and safety purposes, in connection with the sale or transfer of a business or asset, for use in aggregate or anonymous form, and for other purposes with your permission.
I. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We endeavors to take appropriate measures to safeguard and secure your personal information collected by us. For example, we have established internal procedures to restrict employees to access such information, only employees who need to use the information for performing their duties will be allowed to access such information, and they are required to comply with confidential policies. Although we endeavors to protect your personal information, PLEASE NOTE that information sent over the internet is not necessarily secure and may be intercepted or accessed by third parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of such information, and we are not liable for any of such interception.
J. How Long We Store Your Personal Data
Generally, we will retain your personal information for as long as your registration with us is valid and there is outstanding amount(s) payable to Product Providers. We may also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subject to this section, we will try to delete your personal information upon reasonable written request for the same. PLEASE NOTE THAT there might be latency in deleting Personal Information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist even after deletion.
K. Accessing and Modifying Your Personal Information
In case you need to access, review, and/or make changes to your Personal Information, you shall either login to your user account on our APP and change the requisite details, or contact us through the details set out in “Contact Us” Section of this Privacy Policy. You shall keep your Personal Information updated to help us better serve you.
